

Jose Tamayo
FUTSOC Head Coach and Technical Director Jose Tamayo has been coaching for over 40 years at all levels of play – including Academy, youth, recreational, competitive and premier elite youth, Super - Y League, middle school, high school, and adult teams and leagues. During this span, he has served as advisor to many club boards, leagues and has helped establish and coordinate among the largest and most significant youth soccer programs for the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO), the YMCA and other leagues in the South Florida area. Joint coopration coaching stints of FUTSOC with Miami Strike Force, Sunrise FC, Weston Fury, Davie FC, Boca Juniors and Schultz Academy among others of the USYSA/FYSA and U.S. Club Soccer / USL, established our unique program permanently in South Florida. Similarly, he has served with great dedication as USSF/USL ODP Club Staff, USL ODP State Staff, and USL ODP Regional Staff scout.
Having represented the United States in competition in Europe during the mid-70’s at the U17 and U18 youth level internationally, Coach Tamayo, a 3 time All-Conference, All-City, All-County, All-State and All-America selection as a center forward and graduate of powerhouses Miami Country Day School in Miami Shores, FL and Ransom School in Coconut Grove, FL, then continued on and played in college at Georgia Institute of Technology. Coach Tamayo concurrently trained and developed area youth programs and players, and was a regular guest training member with the Fort Lauderdale Strikers of the original NASL.
Over the years, Coach Tamayo has established and managed countless outdoor and Futsal leagues, soccer organizations, served on many boards and committees devoted to the development of the game in the U.S. In fact, travel soccer can trace some of its origins to the efforts of Coach Tamayo and his Ransom teammates, along with his mentor Coach James C. Beverly, in the early seventies when the Coconut Grove Soccer Club was formed along with other Miami area clubs to permit year-round play for youth players. He also built and has served as the Boys Varsity Soccer Head Coach at highly regarded Sagemont High School in Weston, Florida for over a decade, where he also established the equally successful Middle School and Girls Varsity Soccer programs. Similarly, Coach Tamayo founded and continues to direct and coach, with the support of his three son's, the nationally prominent FUTSOC youth soccer club and its teams, which have previously attained the highest national rankings (as high as 6th place nationally according to the prestigious National Soccer Rankings and USA Rank) ever attained by any Florida youth clubs over the past decade. In 2014-15, FUTSOC ENIGMA once again climbed to the top - closing out its season as the No.1 ranked team in the U.S. in the U18/19 category. Numerous players have forged great college and professional careers at his helm, including: 2 Florida State Players of the Year, 5 U.S. National Team and National Pool players for the U16, U17, U20 and U.S. and foreign MNT squads, 13 National ODP Select players, 21 Regional ODP Select players, 35 State ODP Select players, 37 All-County players, 3 ESP select players, and 7 professional players currently and/or previously playing in South America, the U.S. and Europe. Perhaps of greatest import to the club, over 100 student athletes have successfully attained their high school graduation and furthermore, have obtained scholarships graduated from colleges and universities all over the U.S.
Teams under his direction have played and won at the highest levels of youth soccer in the U.S., at the top level Premier Elite Tournaments, such as: Score at the Shore, Jefferson Cup, Surf Cup, CASL, Baltimore College Showcase, Final Four Showcase, Metro United College Showcase, NSR Cup, Disney Youth Cup International Tournament and Disney Showcase. The team has also represented the State of Florida impressively, attaining the highest level of success ever, as U23 USSF/USASA State Champion, U23 USSF/USASA Regional Champion and placing 4th at the U23 USSF/USASA National Championships held in Overland Park, Kansas.
Coach Tamayo holds numerous high level certifications from the USSF/USASA/NSCAA/FVF/AYSO, as well as American Red Cross and NCSS Level 1 and SCF certifications. Coach Tamayo initiated his Undergraduate Studies at Georgia Institute of Technology, focusing on Industrial Management. Upon switching Majors, he transferred to and graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration at the University of Miami, Coral Gables, FL, Majoring in International Finance and Marketing. Graduate Studies were subsequently completed at the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL, at the Warrington School of Business - Florida Banking School and at the University of Miami, Coral Gables, FL, - International Banking School of the Southeast.

Francisco Tamayo
Francisco Tamayo has been a member of FUTSOC since its inception. He has served as a starter on the nationally ranked FUTSOC ENIGMA premier elite soccer team for five years, playing at the highest youth level in the U.S. He is a two time USL Super Y - League ODP Regional Selection, and over the years has played in numerous premier elite level USYSA and U.S. Club Soccer tournaments nationally and internationally.
Upon obtaining this great experience and working with youth in the YMCA and AYSO for many years at all levels, he assumed the Senior Counselor position at the renowned FUTSOC Summer Soccer Program for the last five years. Francisco served as Assistant Coach for Sagemont School in Weston for five years. He was subsequently charged with directing the FUTSOC Summer Soccer Program and other specialized training programs. Has served as consultant to many area soccer clubs, has conducted numerous clinics and now heads the highly regarded and interntionally acclaimed FUTSOC Bambinos Academy program. Also serves, as Assistant Director of Coaching and Assistant Technical Director for FUTSOC.
Coach Francisco also possesses numerous NSCAA Coaching Certifications and holds the prestigious USSF / USASA "C" level coaching license. Coach Francisco similarly holds the American Red Cross certification for CPR/AED and Standard First Aid and is also an active member of the Sports Camp Federation (SCF).
Francisco Tamayo is a graduate of Florida International University, Miami, FL, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications and Public Relations and a Minor in Marketing. He will soon be entering the Graduate Program at the University of Miami, Coral Gables, FL, to obtain his M.B.A. in International Business.

Carlo Tamayo
Carlo Tamayo has been a member of FUTSOC since its inception, and serves as Head Coach for the U13/14 team. Carlo also serves as the Training Director for youth teams at FUTSOC. Serving as Assistant Coach / Trainer for Sagemont School in Weston, for four years, he also has attained coaching certifications from USSF and NSCAA. He also serves as Assistant Senior Counselor at the renowned FUTSOC soccer camps. He is a member of the Sports Camp Federation (SCF) and will be certified for American Red Cross CPR/AED and Standard First Aid in the coming weeks.
Carlo is now entering his third year at Broward College, Davie, FL, majoring in Sports Journalism with a minor in Marketing. Upon graduation, he is expected to enroll in the Graduate Program of Journalism at Florida International University, Miami, FL.
Carlo Tamayo also serves as Editor for the renowned FUTSOC website and will be writing regular columns in our newly created FUTSOC C3 blog site.

Armando Tamayo
Armando Tamayo has been a member of FUTSOC since its inception. Having also participated in youth soccer at a very early age, he possesses a solid grasp of coaching and training methods and currently serves as our Assistant Coach and Assistant Program Director for the FUTSOC U18/19 and all FUTSOC Soccer Program activities. He served as Assistant Coach at Sagemont School since 2009 and holds various training certifications from the NSCAA and USSF. He is a member of the Sports Camp Federation (SCF) and is certified for American Red Cross CPR/AED and Standard First Aid.
He is currently attending Nova Southeastern University, Davie, FL, Majoring in Athletic Training and Exercise and Sports Science, as well as Minoring in Computer Science and Sports Management. Additionally he will be obtaining his Advanced Certification for Strength and Conditioning. He will be pursuing his graduate studies at Nova Southeastern University, Davie, FL, obtaining an M.B.A. in Business Administration in Sport Revenue Generation.
In addition to these duties, Armando Tamayo is the founder of DESIGN EFEX serving as designer and administrator of this award winning website, and has successfully effected the full conversion of the website to the new FUTSOC design.

Reinaldo Marquez
Reinaldo Marquez came to the United States in 2010, where he joined the Sagemont Varsity Soccer Team under Coach Jose Tamayo. Three season later Reinaldo established himself as one of the premiere goalkeepers in the state of Florida, leading the team three consecutive state regional finals. During that same time he was recognized in three consecutive seasons with The Sun-Sentinel and Miami Herald Broward All-County selection, during which time he recorded 30 clean sheets in 42 games for one of the leading high school teams in the state of Florida. Due to the stand out performances, he was selected to the All-County All-Star team representing the Northern Team in the annual All-Star game held at American Heritage High School.
Reinaldo was the starting goalkeeper for the FUTSOC/BRJSC U18/19 Elite squad which won every tournament it attended during the 2012/13 season. Training under World Cup goalkeeper, Jesse Fullerton, he developed into one of the finest at his position in the last decade. Using his experience from FUTSOC and Sagemont along with the influences he obtained from his top class goalkeeper training with Mr. Fullerton, he has undertaken to lend his expertise to youth soccer by becoming the official goalkeeper trainer for FUTSOC and Sagemont School, addressing Physical, Psychological, Technical, and Tactical specifications are all fine-tuned for the student goalkeepers.

Currently attending Florida International University in Miami, he is working towards his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Upon completion of this undergraduate degree, he will pursue his Masters Degree in International Business.
Gianfranco Benetto
Mr. Benetto will be working with FUTSOC as an International consultant and representative. Future activities with the club will include the sending of players abroad for open tryouts to clubs in Europe and South America as well as receiving players from abroad wishing to play in the United States at a collegiate and/or professional level. Mr. Benetto has been actively involved in youth soccer for well over three decades with clubs in Western Europe, Central America, and South America.
He is a graduate of the University of Barcelona with a degree from the National Institute of Physical Education (INEFC) and Post Graduate Degrees in Sport Business Management and Sporting Performance: From Specialization to Elite Competition. Mr. Benetto will be traveling on a quarterly basis to the United States in order to closely monitor developments with our staff.
Joshua Molari
Joshua Molari is a graduate of the London School of Business and holds a Master’s Degree from the London School of Economics. He also has Advanced Studies with the International Sports Institute, based in Switzerland. He is the most recent addition to our staff and will be providing expert direction in the marketing of our new philosophy. Joshua Molari will be moving to Florida during the summer and will be a permanent fixture in our FUTSOC organization.
