Programs
At every stage of our program, our principal focus is on the child. Based on historical results, our emphasis is on the youth’s wellbeing, continued and progressive development, constant fortification of their self-esteem and a nurturing of their confidence levels. We achieve these proven results and success with great sensitivity, discipline, encouragement, dedication, honesty, and respect…every step of the way! This is the FUTSOC way…for the players, by the players! Per als jugadors, pels jugadors!

Bambinos
Academy

The FUTSOC Bambinos Academy is a soccer program geared towards children ages 4-10, where at various stages dfferent concepts are being introduced which will promote a healthy understanding of how the game is played, a signifigant social interaction, a strong physical development, and the pure enjoyment of the game.

U11/12
At this stage, the children are being developed technically, with a great emphasis towards extensive ball handling, free-style expression (suited for our possession play style), active small field play, street style play and any activity which dynamically nurtures the relationship of player and ball. Scoring and results are introduced, without much emphasis as to their significance. Participation and improvement in play are emphasized.

U15/16
At this stage, we introduce varying systems of play, increase practice schedule demands and introduce competitive play against older, more experienced opponents. The outcome of each competition in a quantitative measure has a more pronounced relevance with achieving victory. However, it should be noted that the results are still not obtained at the expense of more significant qualitative measures.

U23
At this level, we call up players who have participated in the younger divisions and are actively playing in college or other settings, and set a rigorous training schedule and team pre-season schedule of friendlies, in preparation for the USSF/USASA U23 Florida State Cup and subsequently, the USSF/USASA Region III and USSF/USASA National Championships, where we have had great success in years past.

U13/14
At this stage, the idea is to introduce the players into a greater tactical understanding of the game, solidify the particular technical skills as a function of multiple player interaction and introduce greater speed of play and agility. Results become more evident, as tournament play and/or league play is introduced with greater frequency. Yet, play quality and development continue to be the most emphasized aspects of the game.

U17/18/19
At this stage, the boys are competing on the national stage, attending Premiere Elite tournaments all over the country against USSF Academy level teams and attempting to be scouted for College / University scholarships, national team selection, and/or professional opportunities. Practice frequency and intensity are prevalent and focus is more on attained play levels and results at these events…in a team or group context.
Project: ENIGMA

Project Enigma is a revolutionary concept in youth soccer development, where the player, not the club, will be the entire focus of our devoted efforts. Started as a pilot program, in the early 2000’s when FUTSOC USA was founded, we have had immense success on a local, state, regional and national level, in presenting our play systems and projecting our players on to the national stage. We have competed equally, with the very best premier elite teams and clubs in the nation and have garnered great respect and admiration, for our innovative play system, our demonstrated competitiveness and our unique philosophy.

Training and Clinics
FUTSOC coaches and trainers actively share their knowledge and great experience with area youth clubs and individuals who wish to expand their development in the sport. Routine visits upon request, to elementary, middle and high schools providing clinics and training sessions are very rewarding to our coaches and trainers, and to the players and/or teams visited. Similarly, special training sessions for purely physical and or technical skill development are very popular.

Special Programs
At FUTSOC, we always endeavor to impart a greater awareness and sensitivity towards people and issues, and as such, involve our club with the community at large, through various activities which endure and enrich the very essence of who we are and what we stand for. Many years of such involvement, have deeply ingrained in our club philosophy, the very real need to reciprocate with our community on different levels, through very rewarding initiatives and activities.
