FUTSOC 2016-2017 Tryouts (Player Evaluations)

FUTSOC is proud to announce the tryouts for the upcoming 2016 - 2017 soccer season. Tryouts will be held at Tequesta Trace Park on June 4th, June 6th, and June 9th. See below for full details.

All players will be evaluated and rated for placement within the club

Saturday - June 4th

 

U11/12 - 10:00am - 11:30am

 

U13/14 - 10:00am - 11:30am

 

U15/16 - 10:00am - 11:30am

 

U17/18/19 - 12:00pm - 1:30pm

Monday - June 6th

 

U11/12 -  6:00pm - 7:30pm

 

U13/14 - 6:00pm - 7:30pm

 

U15/16 - 8:00pm - 9:30pm

 

U17/18/19 - 8:00pm - 9:30pm

Monday - June 13th

 

U11/12 - 9:30am - 11:00am

 

U13/14 - 9:30am - 11:00am

 

U15/16 - 11:00am - 12:30pm

 

U17/18/19 - 11:00am - 12:30pm

All participants must register atleast 24 hours prior to the desired tryout date. All participants must bring proper identification, cleats, shin guards, and appropriate soccer clothing. If minor, Parent/Guiardian must be present during evaluations. 

 

FUTSOC registers players all year-round. As such, players will also be evaluated at our FUTSOC Summer Soccer Program being held at Tequesta Trace Park during June, July, and August.

Birth Year Chart (Applicable for 2016/17 Season and Beyond)

Effective August 2017, the grouping of players will also change nationwide, with encouraged adoption of best practices in August of 2016. U.S. Soccer will go back to calendar birth years to align with international standards and Youth National Team programs.

 

The Birth Year Chart provides an example on how to calculate age group and birth year. Year minus age group equals birth year. For the purposes of calculation, it is the second year of a split-year competitive season which determines what number should be used to calculate age group. Example: 2018 – U7 = 2011.
