2012 FUTSOC Scholars Award Program - June

FUTSOC is proud to announce its new academic recognition program of outstanding student athletes, with the establishment of

The FUTSOC Scholars Award Program.

This monthly award will duly recognize the top student athletes (based on official report card grades submitted) from either our camps or club teams and will result in, deserved recognition on our prestigious FUTSOC website, as well as, a $25.00 gift certificate for their general use. Furthermore, all recipients will be eligible for a once yearly drawing for a full (100% paid) camp program scholarship and other awards and recognitions!

Once more, this is FUTSOC's total contribution not only to player development in the beautiful game of soccer, but more importantly, to the overall development of student athletes - our sincerest commitment to fine young men excelling in all areas of their lives, so that they become properly equipped to fully contribute as well-rounded citizens in our community!

At FUTSOC, we develop well-rounded youths and stress the unique importance of academics as the primary objective and strong complement to soccer education, in their life plan!

We are therefore extremely proud to announce that the first recipient of the FUTSOC Scholars Award Program is a long-time participant of all our renowned soccer camp programs (fall, winter, spring and fall programs) - Miguel Valle (10) - son of proud parents Miguel and Melanie Valle.

Miguel Valle was recently awarded the prestigious Presidential Academic Award for outstanding academic excellence - duly signed by United States President Barack Obama, as well as, the Pembroke Pines Elementary School A-B Honor Roll Certificate!

We are very proud of your accomplishments and wish you continued success in the future! Keep up such outstanding performances on and off the field! Go FUTSOC!!
