2013 NSU 5v5 Tournament

Our club entered six (6) teams in this years event. The U12 teams performed admirably, as both teams entered reached the semi-finals, with one of the teams reaching the Championship match.

The finalist FUTSOC Red team, which had 3 Wins, 1 Loss and 1 Tie, were comprised of the following members:

The semi-finalist FUTSOC White team, which had 2 Wins, 2 Losses and 0 Ties, were comprised of the following members:

Both teams displayed much courage, determination and great sportsmanship, virtues which make us very proud of them. Their progress has been truly excellent, as they continue to acquire and develop technical skills and tactical concepts and learn to create very effective movement on the field, under Coach Carlo's most dedicated and effective coaching and training techniques.

Congratulations to both U12 FUTSOC teams, we are all very proud, for you played and acted like Champions!

Unfortunately, the weather was not favorable for the teams participating, as the event was cut short. Affected by this were the strong teams we had entered in the U18-19 (Coach Francisco & Coach Jose) and the U16-17 (Coach Mandy & Coach Francisco) brackets, who were limited to one or two matches each. All four teams were expected to compete for the finals. Better luck with mother nature next year!!
